While zucchini is still available on the market, we advise you not to waste time, but to prepare them according to this unconventional recipe! 

At first glance, this is a completely unpretentious dish, but when you try it, you will be stunned by its unique taste!

Preparing it won't take long. You also don't need any culinary skills to pamper yourself and your loved ones with this gentle temptation. Try it and you won't regret it!

Necessary products:

  • 500 g young zucchini
  • 1.5 cup salt
  • For the marinade:
  • 70 g sunflower oil (may also olive oil)
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar 9% (you can replace it with lemon juice)
  • 2 tablespoons honey (you can replace it with sugar)
  • 5-6 garlic cloves
  • milky black pepper
  • dill and parsley

Method of preparation:

Wash and peel the courgettes. If they are very young, you can not remove the bark. Cut into very thin wheels.

Prepare the marinade. Add the crushed garlic to the sunflower oil, honey, vinegar, black pepper, and finely chopped spices. Mix well.

Remove the liquid separated from the courgettes and pour them with the marinade. Stir and put in the fridge for 2-3 hours, then serve on the table. Enjoy your meal!
